RETURNS
We will gladly refund or exchange any purchases within 10 days from the date of purchase, on condition that the original proof of purchase is presented, the item is returned unused, in its original sealed packaging (where applicable) subject to the following category restrictions:
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment was made.

Refund Leadtime:

Card Payments: 7 - 10 days. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do that will speed up the process, our merchant provider facilitates the refund process. It's important to note that the refund will reflect on the day of the transaction and not the day of the refund when looking at a bank statement.

EFT Payment: 3 - 5days.
