Firstly, thank you for your support during 2023.

We will be closing on 22 December 2023 and opening on 2 January 2024.

Unfortunately, we will not be dispatching orders during this period.

​

The reason is that courier companies all operate on a skeleton and temporary staff which results in parcels being delivered late or getting lost.

​

Customer support staff at courier companies are usually temporary which means that resolving a parcel that is delayed becomes problematic.

​

Therefore we have taken the decision not to dispatch orders to prevent our customers from possibly experiencing poor delivery from our courier company.

​

Orders may be placed BUT all orders will only be dispatched on 4 January 2024.

​
